Corporate Sources has provided tenant representation to a variety of Fortune 500 companies across the country.  When Georgia Pacific’s Distribution Division needed a new concept for their Sales Centers, Corporate Sources was engaged to represent Georgia Pacific for the design and construction of the two new centers.  The two centers were developed using a fast-track method to accelerate the process in order to meet critical deadlines which helped to recognize greater profit potential.  Analysis included the review of existing facility layouts and concepts, existing furniture design and function and accelerated schedule impacts to budget and quality.  These analyses were then incorporated into the concepts used at both Sales Center facilities.  The result radically changed the business environment, including furniture workstation design and floor plan layout.  The coordination tasks provided by Corporate Sources included the management of design services, engineering services, furniture selection & installation and construction administration.  Both locations were brought in on time and under budget. 

Corporate Sources also has vast experience representing developers such as ADEVCO Corporation and Cousins Properties.  Corporate Sources has consistently provided developer representation for ADEVCO Corporation.   Their relationship spans twenty years.  ADEVCO relies on Corporate Sources for all of their project management from commencement to move-in for the development of Class A Corporate Office Buildings.  Tasks include base building and tenant design & engineering management, tenant liaison, management of the project budget and schedule, quality control and construction supervision.  All projects have either been on or ahead of schedule and always within budget.
